Are your sneakers authentic?
Our sneakers are authentic unauthorized.
What is the difference between authentic and unauthorized authentic?
The only difference that distinguishes one of our products from an authentic product is the absence of the serial code placed in the box.
Is it possible to find aesthetic defects?
Absolutely not. All our sneakers are 100% compliant, just like those in physical stores. The materials, stitching, and structure are legitimate.
Are the sneakers delivered with their own box?
Of course, all our items arrive well-packaged and with their original packaging. When you shop with us, it’s like shopping in a physical store!

I haven't received an order confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after completing your payment.
If you don’t see the email yet, check your spam folder by searching for ‘MaisonDrip™‘ in your inbox. If after 10 minutes you still can’t find the email, please contact our customer service via the contact form or by emailing us at info@maisondripfr.com.
If you don’t receive a response from us within 24 hours, check your spam folder.
I entered an incorrect email address.
We can modify the email address associated with your order and resend the confirmation and shipping emails. Simply contact our customer service via the contact form or by emailing us at info@maisondripfr.com.
Please note that if your order has already been shipped, the carrier will not be notified of the email address change.

Can I change my delivery address?
It is possible to change the delivery address if the order was placed on the same day, before 11:00 PM CET. After this time, all orders enter the preparation process, and the information becomes final and cannot be modified.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is possible if the order was placed before 11:00 PM CET on the same day. After this time, all orders enter the preparation process, the information is finalized, and no further changes or cancellations can be made.

How can I track my order?
Go to the “Track My Order” section at the bottom of our website to check the status of your order (Click here to be redirected).
How to enter order information for tracking?
You will need:
• The email address you used to place the order.
• The order number that starts with #, for example, #65842, not to be confused with the tracking number! You can enter it with or without the #, as the system will recognize it.
If you don’t receive a response from us within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.
I haven't received my tracking email.
You will receive an email containing your tracking number within 1 to 3 business days.
If you haven’t received it after this period, please check your spam folder or use the search function in your inbox by searching for the keyword “MaisonDrip.“

Which couriers deliver the order?
Our company relies on DHL and UPS.
My tracking number isn't working.
Please note that tracking information is only available 1 to 3 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email.
This corresponds to the time needed for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s systems.
My order is marked as "delivered," but I haven't received it yet.
It sometimes happens that the carrier hands the package to the receptionist or concierge. Similarly, the delivery person may accidentally leave the package in a neighbor’s mailbox. We recommend checking with them, as your order is likely waiting for you.
If, despite these checks, the package remains missing, please file a claim with the carrier so we can resend your order. Our customer service will ask for a copy of the claim.
Returns and Refunds
How can I return a product?
If you receive a defective or damaged product during shipping, we offer a replacement guarantee. Please take one or more photos of the faulty item and contact us within three days of delivery at info@maisondripfr.com.
Can't find your answers?
